OMNI exhibited a high level of professionalism and technical expertise. Their strategic planning of key performance indicators (KPIs) and data collection tools was instrumental in setting measurable and achievable project goals. They introduced advanced features such as dashboard calculations, detailed consumption reporting, and a mobile app for offline data collection, greatly enhancing our ability to manage and analyze data.

OMNI analyzed the business processes involved in payment and liquidation requests at UNICEF Uganda. A document tracking system was developed using an open-source workflow engine called Camunda and integrated into existing Microsoft Platform tools like Active Directory for one sign-on and Exchange for email notifications.

UNICEF Malawi contracted OMNI-Tech Ltd to conduct an assessment of users (in terms of their needs, practices, and knowledge) as well as an assessment of the operational environment (existing business processes and systems/data sources). OMNI-Tech co-facilitated a design thinking workshop, interviewed various staff, and drafted a functional specifications document and design mock-ups for the platform.

OMNI developed the Citizen Feedback Platform (CFP) for the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) and the Contract Monitoring System (CMS) for the Public Procurement and Disposal Agency (PPDA) in 2021. These systems aimed to improve engagement by key stakeholders, including the general public and civil society. OMNI exhibited professionalism that enabled us to clearly define the requirements, implement a robust system, and deliver the solution to the government agencies. They were flexible in accommodating feedback and ensuring that the goals of the assignment were met.
