  1. UNICEF Malawi 4P2C
    
We contributed to a strategic blueprint known as “4P2C” (Planning, Prediction, Prompting, and Prodding for Change). The core takeaway?
    • Insight-Driven Strategy: Real transformation starts with clear goals and agile feedback loops. By centralizing data from offline field surveys, we enabled UNICEF to make faster, evidence-based decisions about child protection and education programs.
    • Iterative Piloting & Scalability: We began with a limited pilot to prove value quickly, then scaled to multiple districts once the approach and technology were validated.
  2. UNICEF Global (AI for U-Report) 
    For UNICEF’s flagship community engagement platform, U-Report, we proposed an AI-driven strategy to handle large-scale SMS and chatbot interactions with youth. Key insights included:
    • AI & Automation: Well-designed AI frees human staff to focus on complex issues; routine inquiries are handled by chatbots.
    • Responsible Deployment: AI in the social sector demands robust safeguards—privacy measures, bias checks, and continuous monitoring—to sustain trust with vulnerable communities.
  3. GIZ/PPDA (ICT Strategy for Procurement in Uganda) 
    Partnering with GIZ and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA), we formulated an ICT roadmap to modernize procurement oversight. Lessons included:
    • Systems Integration: A dynamic ecosystem—linking e-Government Procurement (eGP), contract monitoring, and advanced analytics—reduces duplication and encourages a more data-driven culture in public agencies
    • Change Management: Upfront stakeholder buy-in, proper workflows, and interdepartmental collaboration are crucial. We addressed staff skills gaps through targeted training and a phased adoption plan.
  4. IOM Biometric Acquisition for Health Assessments 
    For the International Organization for Migration (IOM), we helped develop requirements and acquisition strategies for biometric solutions in migrant health assessments. Key lessons were:
    • Security & Privacy: Handling sensitive data (e.g., biometrics) requires stringent encryption, data governance, and role-based access.
    • Interoperability: The new system had to seamlessly integrate with existing hospital and immigration data flows, ensuring minimal disruptions to daily operations.
